You will now be prompted for a new password. Type it and press enter. You will then be asked to confirm it so type it again and press enter. You should get a message telling you that it has updated your password. This procedure will change your e-mail, telnet and FTP passwords. Here are some simple commands you can use in the shell on Merlin:- less [file] this displays the file named in [file] cp [file] [tofile] copies [file] to [tofile] mv [file] [tofile] moves [file] to [tofile] rm [file] deletes [file] mkdir [directory] makes a directory called [directory] cd [directory] change current directory to [directory] ftp [ftp site] ftp to [ftp site] ncftp [ftp site] same as ftp, but friendlier lynx [web site] allows you to view a web site in text-only format pico [file] edits/creates a file called [file].
